Exclamation 300d ac o rings?

Are the larger o rings for the expansion valve to the evaporator the same size as the larger o ring from the compressor to the condenser?

What year? Not all 300D's are the same.

If you buy a typical a/c o-ring assortment that most parts stores sell, you should be covered.

Sorry, 1985 I ordered individual parts, the drier to condenser wasn't listed. as the green o rings were dirt cheap. Last year Autozone gave me the wrong kit, Napa had to order 2x because they lost it -85 300sd.

Go to the auto parts store and look for metric or European model o-rings. Make sure their the green colored ones.

Is there a specific kit that's available or is it just a random assortment of O-rings?
I'd like to get my A/C put together and working before the summer heat sets in.

I did use the evap/exp valve o ring on the condenser to compressor line. Installed new Behr drier + mineral oil, flushed condenser. I vacuumed the system down for a hour, left gauges on, I'll see if it holds. The Florida sun was beating down on me so I packed it up and jumped in the pool, oh well, R12 tomorrow.

I want to try to get mine together before we get any heat. I don't have a pool to jump into.

A lawn sprinkler / hose will work too, you might want your kids playing around or the neighbors might think with your Mercedes obsession you finally cracked.

I used to think that my system would hold vacuum overnight, until I bought a digital vacuum gauge. The needle on my gauge set doesn't move at all, but you should see that digital display.
