Torque requirements for 300sd

I was wondering if anyone had the torque requirements for the 6 bolts that connect the torque converter to the flywheel on a 84 300sd.

Thanks

The factory manual lists "Torque converter to follower " torque at 42+/- 4 Nm.
I don't know what a "follower" is, but there aren't any other bolts on a TC so....
