300td driveshaft into a 240?

Will a 300 TD driveshaft fit a 123 sedan?

You're asking the question wrong. The engines are different lengths (4cyl v 5cyl), so no, you can't use the correspondingly shorter driveshaft on a 240d. Nothing special about wagon driveshafts though.
