1986 300 SDL Tach and Clock not working????
 

I have a 1986 300 SDL and the clock and tachometer stop working, I purchased an over voltage relay from a guy off of the forum and put it in an both are still not working. (The over voltage relay was off of a car with other damages and was working when it was pulled)

The headlights seem to be dimmer than they should be too... Does anyone have any suggestions that I could try?
