fuel question
If i disconnect a line from the ip to the injector and prime the lines using a hand pump, should fuel come out of the hole on top of the ip? Or only when I crank the engine?

Only when you crank the engine.

Fuel will only come out of the pump if the engine is turning over. The primer pump fills the pump and then pushes the fuel out of the return line from the IP to the fuel filter.
