95' C250D will not start

Hi, I have a Mercedes 95' C250D elegance Auto. The car refuses to start, the engine turns when your turn the ignition but it just won't take.
I toughed the car home and when getting there I tried starting it and it started instantly, I parked the car and when I tried starting it again it just refused. I think it could be an electrical issue as I replaced the immobilisor batteries, check for compression, injectors, diesel pipes and filters. It just need to set it alight, that's how I currently feel:mad:
