Fix and Improve Front and Rear window sliders with out having to replace the motor
I couldn't think of anything else but I was able to find a solution to fixing the windows on the w126. To make sure they never brake again I reinforced the nylon with a washer in the back so if it broke the metal washer would still be there.
First off you need to take an angel grinder and get the surface ready for drilling. I bought a bunch of nylon bushings and chose to use the black ones because they were the thickest, also you cannot use nylon lock washers because you have no way to tighten them simply use 2 nuts I reinforced it with a metal washer just incase.. Then all you need to do is use a bunch of greese and they will work better then the factory because these can actually roll ... these are some of the other washers i considered using I was thinking about carving them out to fit

I just got my new 23 inch flat screen monitor up and running. I thought, Damn, I got to turn down the resolution some.
WOW, you have some large close up pictures. makes it a little hard to comprehend what you are doing. first I thought you were replacing the sliding Jaw that is common to break. now Iam not sure. How did you get such large pictures posted? Charlie

yeah i took the pictures with my camera phone 5megapixel i dont know how they ended up this huge. anyways, you know when your window falls off the track and you go to repair it, you find out that that little plastic part is irreplaceable this is the fix for it.

Assume this is the sliding jaw repair? Do you have pics showing how this attaches to the metal arm and how it fits into the slider?
