Faint Groaning coming from front wheel on '82 300 TD
When I turn the steering wheel to the right or left I can hear a faint groaning noise coming from the front right wheel. It sounds like something needs to be lubed or something. Also, there are a couple bushings that appear to be dry rotted. Just wondering if you all could point me in the right direction to fix this.

Time to check the wheel bearings. Need to know which bushings, as UCA bushings tend to go first.

I'm guessing it's the wheel bearings. I need to check mine on my w124 as well. I hear and feel a groaning around fast curves. I've got the bearings... now I just need the time to do the job!
