Window Lift Rail Sliding Clip
Looking for replacement part that connects the window motor arm to the slide rail attached to the windows. This (Window Lift Rail Sliding Clip) was all I could find but it does not look like the peices that came off the car.

Do you mean the worm gear assembly on the window motor?
Edit: a picture would help, but there is a white little clip that slides back and forth in the rail, but I assume it is what you are looking at. You need to basically jam it in there and flatten it IIRC.

I believe you're referring to a slider, click on the buy parts button above, you should be able to find it.

I just recently did this repair.
You have to remove the metal rivet and peen the new one on. It really wasn't that hard but I did ruin one new sliding jaw. You may want to buy one or two extra. Here are some threads that will help you: http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/diesel-discussion/42803-sliding-window-jaw.html#post245685 PEEN or DRILL window sliding jaw Danny
