thanks for the picture Alfie, it'll make my mom's day. She originally thought i was crazy for sweating in the sun just for cars. Now, she'll be happy to hear that my hand was lightly seared in the process :rolleyes:

Alfie, what did you do as far as post processing? I shot all in RAW and just made some adjustments with photoshop and lightroom(for exposure,sharpness, and WB)

No post-processing Joe... these are all jpegs and orig as taken. After my long drive home, I was too tired to tweak 'em. :P

lol nice.. I got up at 8 and tweaked all of my pics individually and converted from RAW to jpeg.. I think I need to like step down the dpi to 72 so they will upload faster lol

I had planned to be there, my son brought down our Black CE to Florida... then someone hit and ran the front end.

so i am looking for a front bumper, hood, and passenger side fender.

You have successfully made me regret not coming.

But, I did accomplish many constructive projects around my house, so I'll have plenty of "brownie points" to redeem for future MB gallivanting.

I hereby cast the first vote for the next GTG locale: Mt. Dora.

There will be a MB meet at Tower Shops in Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood area on Friday Sept. 4 at 6PM onwards.

There will be reserved parking for MB's in particular. The turnout is usually good.
Expect over 200 cars of other brands (America classics, Porsche, VW, etc.) as well since Tower Shops meet is open to all makes & models.
