Annoying Door Trim Noise: Kreeking sound

Hello,

Since I live on a graveled road I have this noise allot and now it is stating to bug me. I've zeroed in on it but not sure how to fix it.

Everything mechanical is fine as far as the door hardware goes. Screws. The panel is tight and not mickey moused.

I'm 90% sure the noise is coming from the Shiney Wood Trim piece that sits behing the door pull handle.

When I push in on it at the top right corner I get the noise. Kreek Kreek.

When you drive it Kreeks Kreeks all the time on gravel roads or even a rough highway.

I tried to remove it ( Shiney Wood Trim) but quit since I'm not sure how to remove it. I tried to stuff some foam in but no luck.

My next try was going to be to Squirt some Silocone RTV in there real deep to firm this shiney trim piece up. It is Kreeking against the leather on the door panel.

Any suggestion?
