Looks like the driver's B-pillar trim fabric is torn? along with the seat damage . . . and the cracked dash.

I wouldn't pay more than $4000 for it, but I'm kind of cheap. It seems fairly easy to get near mint ones in the 5-6k range though, but no rust in the North may carry a premium.
A later W126 interior would make that car amazing. I miss my SDL, but don't regret my decision to keep Ol' Turbo.
