The LED's ARE made in China Charlie If it was made here it would probably cost 3x as much.

The LUXEON LED's are very cool I have two flashlights with rechargeable 3V 123 batteries and it's a great setup.

Remember that white LEDs rely on phosphor, and it progressively loses light output.

also, euro headlights are not dot-compliant in the US (at least, not that I know of). while these LED headlights are claimed to be compliant. not that any cop would give you a ticket for regular euro headlights...

It uses a whole 4.5 watts, and lights the entire room. Amazing. I can light my whole living space at night using like 17-18 watts! Considering a tiny incandescent night light uses 4-7 watts.....its unbelievable.
Can you send me a pm with the details of the led lights you bought at wal mart...thanks

As it is, these Led lights would exceed the value of most of our cars .

But 3X as much? I would need 24 hr security to watch it.

Outdated pricing-they probably use old pricing for the pair and only update for the singles. Ex: It's cheaper to by seven 4packs of redbull than a single 28 pack
