I think that is more like "Wise arse".
Do you see an 'r' and an 'e' when you look that word up in the dictionary?

Even harder than quitting smoking, trying to stop cursing has been the most difficult venture ever. So many things are conveyed so much better via the well placed curse word.
Kind of like nicotine gum, I started by just yelling the letter. "Oh F"!!! {"F" was my biggest player}
So, arse, darn, "F", "MF" are now my nicotine gum.....

I was trying to make a reference to the TDT issue but it was too obscure.

I knew a Pentecostal preacher who would swear in tongues. The real words were forbidden for religious reasons but he could release a string of nonsense cuss words that worked just as well.

Accumulators for 300td are about $100 each at ******** AZ with free shipping. The Pull Rod that connects the SLS valve with the sway bar lever runs about $39. The plastic inserts are not replacable so you have to buy the whole rod. In a pinch, you can use plumbing strap to replace the rod.
I rebuilt my SLS valve using Andrew's O-ring kit and instructions - works fine now.
You might want to check your SLS fluid color - and if dark replace. Shell Tallus 15 hydraulic fluid is MB approved and costs about $70 for five gallons - while the dealer here is Houston wants $30 per liter. Other on-line sites sell it for $10 - $12 per liter. There is also a filter in the SLS plastic tank which cost about $7.

Good Luck,

Joseph
great info ..Thanks!!

can anyone provide a direct link to where I can buy "The Pull Rod that connects the SLS valve with the sway bar lever runs about $39" Thanks

Fastlane and All Parts Express are under the Peachparts umbrella.

they each obtain their parts from different vendors, so that is the reason
for the price differences.

also one will have parts the other doesn`t.

Buy your parts from MB people that know MB parts, and you will get the right stuff.
