W123 rear window regulators: wagon vs. sedan

Does anyone know if the power window regulators (the scissor-like window lift mechanisms) for the rear doors for the 123 300Ds ('83, '84) are the same for the wagons and sedans? Note that the rear doors in the wagons are larger than those in the sedans.

In my 84 wagon, both rear windows skip when the window is all the way up....typical "white metal" regulators bend and wear out resulting in gears jumping teeth. I have good replacement prospects from an '83 sedan and hope they are drop in replacements.

Thanks,

Mark

I ran both models through my favorite parts dealer and an 84 300DT and an 84 300TDT right and left window regulators had the same part numbers.
I would verify this yourself by doing the same with your favorite parts place.

This was my experience several months ago:

About 1/2 of the internet part dealers list an 84 300D as a 84 300TD and a wagon as a 84 300TDT.
Others will list it as it is supposed to be but a few will add "turbo diesel" behind that.
