The one I am going to see today is W124/1995 with 244000 miles on it. I am looking all over the place. I will travel for the right car regardless of the distance. Perhaps the best will be 1998/1999 300TD but... you never know.
There is one W124 with 166000 miles in Oklahoma but I need to call.

I must say nice looking cars! But why so many? Don't you have a problem with the cars sitting most of the time and not being driven, unless you have a lot of drivers in your household? At one point I had 3 cars just for myself and I had a hard time driving all of them enough to keep the fuel fresh and the tires round. It's hard to imagine having more cars than that, not to mention the amount of time and money it would take to maintain all of them.

Right now I'm actually in the process of curing myself of MB addiction and I might just end up with my VW. I still like the way MB's look which is their main appeal to me, but to be honest they're not all they're cracked up to be.

I don't know whether I envy you or feel sorry for you. There are a lot of expensive cars depreciating on your garage or driveway unless money is no object. I have quite a few myself but they are all 22+ years old project MBZ, or to be donor cars.

BTW, it is illegal to hook up the GPS on the windshield in CA. It must be a hassle to move the GPS around cars unless you have a number of those.

Good for you though. Have fun with your cars.

I just noticed that you were in CT. I was in CT visiting Yale last week. CT also has a very high vehicle tax. It is be expensive to keep all the cars on the road, I hope the cost is shared between all the drivers.

That makes more sense! I thought all those cars were exclusively for you. That'd be nuts. Are all the 8 drivers in the same house?
