Thanks for the advice. I twisted it a few times, and it went on and off...but I tried to turn it back on and it wouldn't work. This went on a few times and then it lit up from the 40mph point over...that left me even more confused. I just thought it was a burnt bulb or something.

You may have a bulb out if only half sometimes lights. Sounds like you'll need to pull the cluster to get it fixed.
