recommend a good wheel alignment tool

Hi,
Could someone please recommend a good wheel alignment tool that can set camber, caster, and toe on my 1975 240D W115, we have already tried taking it to various wheel alignment centers and things haven't worked out, the chassis upper and lower control arm all good I'm trying to get one off ebay but I don't want to get a real rubbish one made out of card bored, I am looking for something that has good value for money and does a fairly accurate job I figured I'll set it to specs
Thanks A Bunch Jeremy

Might be difficult where he lives.

Hi,
when I say I've tried all that I sort of mean I have no other alternative
so I guess I'll have to explain....
1: I'm in Srilanka
2: which place where ?
3: Dimo is far far away in the capital city driving there I risk a chance of blowing the tire
4: I cannot use a flat bed truck to take it its hard to get one and I don't know where to look
5: Dimo will most likely keep the car for a week because they are very busy plus I have to drive back through the night which I'm not able to do at this time
6: I could have the job done in a few hours
Thanks

Plus I think these cars have a little negative camber ? in them so it looks like the wheels slanted when you turn the wheel lock to lock, these guys never get that right and the wheel never returns back to strait position
