Removing Inside panels

Hi all,
I've got a newbie question - the blower motor in my '79 240d died and I was lucky enough to go to the pick-a-part and find a replacement. My question is, how do I remove the panel underneath the dash and how do I remove the glove box? I'm assuming there are snaps or bolts someplace but I've been pretty inept at finding them and don't want to break anything. I'd appreciate any help!

Underdash panel - There are two screws either plastic or metal on each side of the underdash panel about midway down the panel. Remove those. Then the panel will slide off the dash and can be fanagled out.

Glove box - There are 7 plastic clips that you have to pop out of the glove box to get the box out. You gently pry up the center piece of the plastic, then pull it out. Then you pull the lower portion of the plastic piece out. Then you'll need to remove the glove box door catch(2 phillips screws). The light pops out is the little prying on the front edge.

There may be a plastic 90 degree screw near the transmission hump, the rest on mine are regular metal screws.

Mine is a newer 123 but I think yours may be the same. Two of the screws (top part) are hidden behind a snap out plastic plug that matches the color of the panel. May be hard to spot without good light.
