Acquired the Fort Knox of W123 parts today

Shortly before leaving on my cross country road trip, I received an email from a local MBCA member that I had never met before. He explained that he had sold off his last W123, and had some parts specific to the chassis he wanted to sell. He knew from the newsletter that I had some W123s, and may be interested in some of the parts, then help list the rest on the newsletter. Not thinking much of it, I replied that I would contact him when I returned.

I had almost forgotten about it until two days ago. I called Terry up and we set a meeting at his house for the following afternoon. I was greeted by his 3 Mercedes and one late model Ford Ranger, all of which with their hoods popped up. After the introduction, I inquired as to why he left the hoods open, to which he explained it was a daily ritual to cool them off after driving. After going over his W124 E420, W210 E430, and W201 190e 2.3, he lead me through is immaculate garage, into the back entrance and down the staircase to the unifinshed basement. My jaw immediately dropped, and I don't imagine it popped up much for the next 45 minutes.

The amount of parts he acquired was staggering, requiring nearly an hour to go through despite excellent organization and labeling. Many were new OEM or good brand name quality, and nearly all the parts were common failure items to these cars. He also had many Excellent cosmetic pieces that usually age poorly with W123s. One of his kids wrecked a 120k '79 300D, which he bought back from the insurance company and stripped everything of value from.

The initial idea was to take what I wanted, pricing it individually, but I had no idea before what I was coming across before. To his surprise, I made him an offer on the whole lot, which he wanted to sleep on. I tossed and turned myself last night with anticipation, but thankfully he didn't leave me on the hook for too long. I picked up the first load of parts with the E500 today, and will probably need to make another 2-3 loads of good parts, and 1 junk run. I took me 2 hours to photograph and inventory the first load. I need help identifying some of the parts, so folks with eagle eyes please lend a hand. Some I plan to keep, some will probably get trashed, and alot will be offered for sale. I hope to inventory all of the items, price, then list in one massive thread in the parts forum hopefully by the weekend.

Keep in mind this is not a sale thread, so mods don't move it over to parts please. I need help identifying many of them, and I will not use this thread to advertise once I start the new one in parts.

Photos of Terry's home and picking up the first load of parts.

Top row, far left end looks like speaker connections on the end --- could that be a fader?

The thing I want most of all, doesn't seem to be in the "trove" anywhere. A non-cracked blue dash pad...

That is unobtanium. I've only seen one. I've also owned one with only a hair line crack by the right side speaker, but its still a crack.
