Adsitco troubleshooting :]
Hey guys (and gals),
I know there is a magnitude of distrust and "buyer beware" attitude towards Adsitco, So I wanted to start a thread to clarify and hopefully make a more general opinion of them among the forum. Anyone who has dealt with Adsitco please come up to the podium and share your experience, good or bad. I've never purchased from them and never really needed to because we have FastLane, but they do have some exoskeleton parts I might like to buy. I sent them an email regarding this, I'll post it if anyone would like to see it. Admins, I know this is not purely diesel related, I posted it here because I don't really venture into the other parts of the forum. Also, I am a FastLane guy, I do not intend to advertise or promote Adsitco or any other brands with this thread. So, let's hear it! |

I done business with them several times. Euro lights for W126, W115 and a W115 dash cover.
Zero issues each time. Shipped same or next day for me.

I have purchased about three used air filter supports for my 81 300SD. They were about $25 which as I remember was about half what the stealership wanted. This is the one that bolts onto the engine and has threaded holes for the rubber bumpers that support the breather. Had good luck with them each time; quick delivery and sent the right item.

Adsitco has numerous threads in the archives. Take a look at all of them and, if you still have specific questions, then create another thread.
There really isn't any new info. 8 people will buy something from Adsitco and state that they have no problems............2 will buy something that is defective. If you want quality parts at reasonable cost, talk to Phil who's the sponsor of this site. What more do you need to know? |
