I need to fix the doors

Two doors don't latch shut completely. They pop out and just catch but aren't closing all of the way. I tried lubricating them without much improvement. I'm thinking I'll need to clean things really well.

Do you think I can do this without pulling the door panel? And what would be the best thing to use to clean them?

Usually, this is occurs when the rubber ridge on the striker plate is smushed or missing.

Do a search on the words "striker plate".
