Put your hand on the heater hoses upstream of the servo to see if coolant is flowing. In my experience, coolant flows thru a non-functioning auxiliary pump, just not as well.

This just dawned on me. I have my old servo. I replaced it cause it was leaking, and the AC stopped working on it. So it froze in heat on mode. If I connected this unit in an effort to see if the mode the unit freezes in matters, is this a valid test or just a waste of time? I dont have to drain any coolant as im just connecting power and vacuum.

It worked. I put the original servo back on. Whatever valve was closed in the heat off position was not letting hot air blow. The old servo must have last been used with the heat on position? Anyway...I have heat.
Next, replace nailing injectors...

Nothing like having heat when it is cold. good you got it going, those Servos are a pita.

here is a thread for an after market upgrade. at least another option to work on.

there were three HP ratings on the OM616...

1) Not much power
2) Even less power
3) Not nearly enough power!! 240D w/auto
