just wanted to show off some pics of a bling bling grill i just fitted to my w123

What kind of grille is that? Not to knock your photo's but is there a site that has larger ones with more detail?

I think I like it but the image is pretty dark on my PC. It looks almost original but improved. Is the star still at the top? (too dark for me to tell).

it's the ebay grill--sort of an avantgarde s600 style grill adapted for the w123 chassis. they chrome a plastic grill insert then paint the recesses grey metallic or black. i chose the grey since my car is blue metallic. it included the chrome frame. here's the same grill on ebay, but from a different seller (there's another guy selling it for cheaper). it includes the chrome frame

thanks. it's actually quite different from the original--original one had many more slats of plastic, and two horizontal chrome slats

there are two holes for the painted emblem, and an original size hole on top for the emblem. i haven't gotten around to buying either of those--my original grill had bad paint on the painted one, and the hood star was broken off the base

Not the right color chrome. Also i like the home made ones more.....now in the day light with the normal stars on it instead of being blank that might look pretty nice.
