Hmmmmm. I bet I can put that on my NA 606. Now, do I go with the 12 or 24v option?

it'll be ok, smaller motors require waaay less air.
so, it'll be great for my model airplane motor right?

Even if it is an efficient blower it's going to be pumping air into a throttled engine.

It's also going to be difficult for that motor to reach 15,000rpm, ...

Is that a conversion kit to make your car run on white power? I mean, it has KKK on it in the shape of a triangle and they come on German cars... (No offense intended)

I wonder how many psi that thing will put out. I doubt very much at all. Attaching a leaf blower to your intake would do the same thing.

these have been around for a while, nothing more than beefed up leaf blowers. Basically you press a button and its supposed to give you a little boost for a bit kinda like nitrous, except it never really worked. Good concept, but will not work since it doesn't produce pressure, just will move some air. As soon as it encounters some pressure it puts too much stress for the little electric motor t handle. I remember the guys on the old stealth/3000gt boards making fun of these

It looks like it would not work, probably not with that motor, but there are motors out there that could make it happen. How about a 30,000rpm 600 watt @ 240V spiral cutter motor? This could probably make some serious pressure attached to that little compressor wheel....though you'd need about 70amps off the alternator to run it. It would give instant boost though.

Alternatively, strapping five or six of theses things across the back of my car might be more effective at producing a little extra boost.
