w123 window regulator diy

I need to replace rear passenger side window regulator on a w123 sedan.
I took it out but it pinched my finger really bad when i disconnected it from motor and then i lost my sequence to put it back together, i am especially lost on hot to put the track and motor back in place, have been searching for any threads but doesnt seem theres any.

Make sure the regulator is all the way down when you install the motor to it. Then work it into the door.

Yes, make sure it is down and if all else fails remove the panel from another door and examine it...they are all similar. When I did mine I duct taped the window to the frame all the way up and out of the way, then, once the regulator was loosely bolted into position I lowered the window into it.

It's not something you can really explain in words but once you see it in place you can see what needs to be done.
