Hall effect sensor W124
Hello every one,
May be this is naive question. Are the Hall effect sensors the same on a W124 260E 1988 and a 300CE 1992 both gasoline? Thanks in advance for advice |

it should be the same part, at least it is according to the parts ordering software i use.

You'd be much better off posting this in the gasser section of the forum, as diesels don't have ignition systems...

Free Suscription to Mercedes EPC
They'll want a US based Credit card # just to prove you're their customer.
http://epc.startekinfo.com/epc/subscribe.jsp Then you can look up the Hall Effect Sensors and see if the Parts numbers Match. Or the Russian EPC (More user friendly): http://www.detali.ru/cat/oem_mb0.asp?TP=1 |
I cross checked from a 91 201 gasser to a 86 201 diesel - part #'s are the same. HTH
Its just a 3 point contact device - the cruise amp does all the custom calculations... |
