Question about B2 piston and part numbers

My '83 300D was attacked by the B2 bug, it started having a real hard time with 1st gear, yet would go into 2nd & up ok. Reverse was also unaffected. Research led me to believe that the B2 piston was the problem so I started tearing into the car. When I was able to pop off the cover it was confirmed with a cascade of pieces.

So I started to price up parts for the repair. I found a cheap piston on ebay, but it is listed with a part number of 1072700432. Now when I take that number and search Fastlane, it takes me directly to part number W133-1603886 a B2 Piston.
My question is are these both MB part numbers for the same item?
Also it seems that the parts are identical, will the 1072700432 work for my tranny?

he's the MAN when it comes to this job. (or any parts related question)
you can also ask Roy, he is the mechanic extraordinaire on here.
