turbo and diff....
What is the biggest size turbo that i can put on my 84 300d turbodiesel and what would be a better rear end diff?

There's no point in going to a bigger turbo because the IP can't provide much more fuel. An '85 300D will have a taller final drive, you could find one in a junkyard.

You can install a Holset HY35, HX30 or HY30, its not bigger but it spools up a little faster than the stock. You can get a Pre 1984 380SEC 500SE 380SEL 380SE that has a 2.47 Rear end or if you want lower then good luck finding a 500SEC Rear end with a 2.27

You can go with the Holset HE341V but its not a T3 Flange and they are kind of hard to find For garrets GTA2056V, GTA2056V, GT2256V, GT2559V, GT3063KLV these are not T3 flange you gonna to have to make one...
