W210 E330TD diff Mounts,How/ Hard to change?

Hello,
I got 2 new back differencial mounts and I am planning on putting them in tomorrow.
I don't have a puller to take the old one out, would that still be OK or I really need a puller? Or a hammer and a shisel might do the trick?
How hard is it to change them?
They have some 2 slit inside that are lightly off centre, is it important to put them on the proper way/ angle?
Thank you.
Olivier

Third lasted a month then went away...

Subscribed. My diff mounts look a little corroded also. Don't know what the process is to replace them.

Picture of the mounts

They are encased in metal... It look like it might be a wee hard to pull them out and in.

Mine has an occasional clunk also, but it's had it for some time, and not all the time. Looks rather straight forward of a process, as long as you have the car on a lift.
