Hi i just got a triangle, i see where the feet insert in the bottom of the trunk, but i do not see where it holds on the top of the triangle, in mine it is loose and i wander if it can fall down, i tried it in the different chassis cars i own and it seems to be needing something at the nose to keep it in place, im a missing a part?

You're missing a part. It's a plastic piece that holds the top in place.

you can order it from the dealer provided you don't reveal it's a 'euro' item--often they will just place the order

Regarding the triangle, what car is it going in to? The clips are different for each chassis.

w123 or w124 i haven't decided.
Whichever comes by 1st.

I like the look of the warning triangle in the trunk. I have the clip and two of the triangles. Unfortunately both triangles are about a quarter of an inch too tall and hit the clip when seated in the mounting position.

I am stumped here. The triangles I purchased (used) we listed as W123 compatible.

Has anyone else seen this? Thanks.
