If you mean the trim piece, I've seen them new on ebay. And occasionally you can find them in reasonable condition at a P&P. If you mean the red donut, they are cheap enough to get from the dealer. (Make sure install the donut first, then attach the trim to it).

So the old red donut is stuck on the thingy for the trim, right? Whats the best way of going about this? Needle nose pliers?

That's how I've always done it; pushing it away from the trim and bending it a bit. Not to worry; those retainers are very flexible. As long as you don't completely demolish the donut, you can reuse it.
