Where is the blower control located on the w123?

Behind the glove box. you will have to remove the inner liner of the box.
remove the glove box light.
remove the grey pins that hold the liner along the bottom and across the top.
remove the 2 screws that holds the latch.
pull the insides out toward you.

there should be a black box and a silver box. one is the blower regulator and the other the temp control regulator.

I think the black box is the blower reg. look up the part in the buy parts tab above to be sure.
