300td Mercedes Service Vehicle

Anyone ever see a picture of a 300td wagon with a logo along the side saying ,"Authorized Mercedes Service Vehicle".I remember the picture but cant remember what service manuel it was in.

I've always seen it on the sticker they place somewhere in car. Had it in two different places on my W124's. On the inside of the glove box door and the other on the drivers vanity mirror door.

They probably killed it by carrying around a bunch of parts/tools.

Back in the 60s/70s, my grandfather owned a machine shop and bought new Cadillacs every year (of course ). He used the silly things for delivery trucks because he liked the ride. He used to kill the load leveling systems within a week by loading up the trunk with machine parts.

I've got original roadside assistance marketing material that came with the car...300td was the car. Looks similar to the car posted above.
