The way the belts are designed, all stacked on top of one another, you have to take off the two belts in front of the alternator belts just to replace them. I had to do it last summer and it's a big headache. I made sure to put two brand new belts on the alternator pully, just so I won't have to replace them again anytime soon.

I agree, I normally just replace them all in the fall to avoid any hassles in the winter.
