That missing vacuum line you have circled, as far as I know, is not actually missing. Its supposed to be open to the atmosphere. It senses the atmospheric pressure and adjusts fuel accordingly. This way you won't billow black smoke at high altitude.

Haha awesome!
I love my '85 190D, with Bilsteins under them they ride surprisingly good!
Up to 360k now, motor has never been opened up.
