Glow plug reamer question...
I have purchased and use the glow plug reamer on my 300D with great success. The SDL could probably use that treatment as well in the not too long future. All the glows measure 1.4 to 1.5Ohms - seems ok but it does run pretty rough when first started.
So my question is: could I use the reamer from my 300D to ream out the glow plug holes for my 300SDL?! Are they the same diameter holes?

Yup.
Haven't used mine yet, but if it doesn't work on both my '83 and '87's, Kent Bergsma is going to be receiving an angry phone call....

I believe so, see above post, are the glow plugs the same part # between the two engines? If so, not an issue, just be careful, aren't the heads on a 603 aluminum?
