Fuel Leak!
On my 1990 350SDL (603.970 motor), there is a component that has four rubber fuel lines coming from it on the driver's side of the engine. Unsure if it is leaking from the supply line (off the primary fuel filter) or if the component itself is leaking. Tried tightening the clamp to no avail. Will replace clamp tomorrow, but was curious if anyone knows what this component is and if it is replaceable through Fastlane or others.
Thanks in advance--this forum has been most helpful in many of the issues I've encountered with this car. Still the best I've owned! |

Fuel heater thermostat. It can be bypassed by running the feed hose from the metal tubing on the frame rail direct to the lift pump. Fastlane sells a repair kit.
