Part identification needed...

This is on the 300SDL - inside the trunk on the left hand (driver's) side, with auto-antenna removed. It has some sort of dial that reads: Heben, Senken- (which means Lift, Lower) I believe. There is a short metal tube coming out of it that looks like some sort of drain...
