Why is the rear seat so far forward? It looks like you have to step over the seat to get into the car?

I'm assuming they slide back? Or there is 2 rows of rear seats? Weird...

I like it though!

That's a 6 passenger car. Those seats flip up and out of the way.

You can wedge 5 in our standard W123 sedan, which personally, I've only had to do once or twice - the money for the "limo" and the strange appearance isn't worth being able to haul 1 extra person...If it's that important for 6 to ride together, borrow the neighbors mini van or rent a real limo with a driver, pour yourself a tall vodka/tonic and enjoy the trip -

My opinion.......

Pfft I've fit 10 into my car.

The Sherrif's department wasn't too happy though ;-)

I could have sworn I saw somewhere a long wheelbase w123. I say repaint that bugger black and get some of Sev's flag waiving holders

Edit: I still drool for a Mercedes Benz Pullman that's armored. Nothing screams bad ass like a bullet proof Benz!

There was a very low mileage gasser limo for sale on eBay last week or so. Blue, in LA, sold by a auto museum that no longer needed it in their collection. Import plate still shows the Savings & Loan group that originally owned it.

Kind of cool. But I can fit seven in my wagon...

W123 300D Limo - that's stretching the truth a bit!

Over here in Europe they are (were) quite a common sight (considering how many W123s are still on the road). They were mainly used as taxis.

looks to me like the front of a sedan cut in the middle of the rear doors, and the rear of a coupe cut in the middle of the doors put together. not saying its not factory. but thats what i see, so it just looks odd.

Tying together A2t's thread for his Frybrid in Atlanta - just think how many child seats you could put in the back there!
