Proper way to run fuel lines for 240 d

I am wondering if i can be told the correct way to run my fuel lines to run on veggie. I am using a Frybrid 3 port valve two tank system-I have the coolant lines ran fine and everything is mounted but running the fuel lines has me a little baffled. Mostly where they connect at the fuel filter. Also which bolt do i have to block is it the bolt holding on the diesel filter so that vo oil doesnt come back into it? Thank You for any help.
