Reamed and New GPs, New Nozzles PT to Spec New Car, almost
Just had my injectors rebuilt to spec with bosio nozzles, installed today along with some new glow plugs and reamed the gp holes (used a 7mm tap mostly by hand with a pair or pliers to turn into the hole then shop vac the carbon out) on my 1985 w123. Man what a difference, no pedal needed to start and starts up right after gp light goes out. Think I was on original bosch nozzles and she was a ***** to start even here in socal where a cold morning is like 50-55. Real test will be cold start tomorrow morning but my confidence is high and she is idling smooth and even. If you have 200k or more and have never done this, do it, worth the money and 4 hours time to do the job once you have the injectors rebuilt. Found a local shop in Anaheim that did mine for rock bottom price of $15 per injector.

In the interest of full disclosure, that price could not possibly have included the Bosio nozzles.

Bosios not included
Nope, price included just the rebuild. Bought the bosios online for about $180, set of five.
