Brake upgrade 190D

I see my 190D only has solid rotors at the front.
Is is possible/worth putting the vented rotors and I assume wider calipers from a 2.3 or 2.6 on it?
Loads of those at the Junkyard..
Would I have to change the Master Cylinder too?
Anyone done this?

Master, no.

If you mount bigger calipers then you will need different wheels and wheel bolts.
