I'm sure I see you all the time- I'd bet there are more 300's in Corvallis per capita than anywhere in the country. Thanks for the offer of help, and I actually don't need the tool anymore either- solved the problem with a dremel and a rag!

We should start a Corvallis area mercedes association to help each other with repair and conversion issues- they're always going to have something going out of whack....
