air in fuel system

Hi, Car usually starts great, in cold so on. i just change fuel filters, bled system. But now car stumbles a bit at initial start up - i re-try and car starts right up and settles into nice idle. The GPs are all new and operating fine. Could i still have some air in system?

Thanks, after the car starts it doesn't miss at all at speed or at idle, only in initial turn of the key, then next try no problems...
i just took a peek and there was what i think was newish fuel on top of the main filter. i didn't change the crush washer, and perhaps i didn't bleed it right?
