Valve cover removal?--606 engine

Anyone know proper procedure? Do i remove the injector fuel pipes from both ends or just the injector end? Is it neccessary to remove the entire intake manifold or just the top part? I don't want to break anything else. See pics.

Thanksy

why (nevermind. i just read your earlier post. sorry.)

Why do you want to remove the valve cover?

I can't answer about the fuel lines, but I guess they should be removed from pump and injectors.

While you're in there, replace the rubber breather pipe pieces, plastic fuel pipes and anything else that looks easy to replace. Might as well do the delivery valves too.

X 2 on replacing breather pipe pcs. and plastic fuel pipes. Some of those are gonna break upon removal so you might as well order those parts from phil today so you wont be stalled at reassembly time. I found the part #'s on startek and called them in to Phil. Very smooth transaction. Jim
