Will these look stupid?

I hit a deer and need new headlights. I have euros and really would rather not go back to US lights. The real euros are fabulously expensive. I see these lights all over ebay and aftermarket places

Anyone have experience with these? Are they crap? Will they look stupid and out of place on 300sdl?

what is damaged on your euros?
This site has the lenses for a reasonable price. http://www.europartsdirect.com/epc-items.asp

Lights

I personally do not like them, and most of the posts on some other MB sites don't like them either . I know the euros' are hard to find but they do show up once in awhile on ebay . I'd install the US spec if you have them, or buy a set;they are cheap and plentiful. Then search for the euro units.
Those deer can cause a huge amount of damage, have hit 2 in last 10 years. Both times they jumped across a road and it was impossible to avoid contact.

Well the housing is cracked but $44 for a lens is quite an incentive to ignore that Thanks for the link!

Yeah, my first reaction to them was yuk!, they just seem like they would be out of place, but hey I've been wrong before I'll prolly buy a new lens and cobble the light back together considering the difference in price.

I just went out and took a look at the car a little closer. The housing is a lost cause so I'll need a whole new light

clear silicon does a great job on sticking the glass back together. We have the same problems with kangaroos down here. You dont want one coming through the windshield, They kick around inside the cabin. Can do more damage to those in the car than hitting it!
