What's this grommet-thingy called on the throttle linkage

Specifically the yellow one for the fine idle adjustment wire on a 240d. It sits in one of those holes on the stop lever. In fact the second hole probably has the same grommet for the old-style cruise control.

I snagged one from the JY but it fell off right away for some reason. I want it to raise my idle a little, since my socket for the coarse adjustment apparently isn't deep enough (I know I did this before, maybe the turbo IP was different...).

So what's this called and where can I find it? It looks a bit standard, for whenever you want to have a wire pull something.
