Hi my fuel tank is about 60lt does any one know if any models have bigger that would bolt straight in or what mods are needed?

I don't know but in the 123 chassis the models with larger engines get larger tanks and they bolt in. I would look at a four or five hundred spec.

Have a look at the owners book & see what the 300E had as a tank size. I think they may have put a V8 in the w124 as well. It may have a bigger tank.

The USA version of the MY 1995 E300D had a larger tank (23.8 gallons IIRC) and I believe any year of the 500E/E500 in the USA also had the larger tank.

I retrofitted an E300D tank into a 1991 300D and it was a direct bolt-in, I'd guess the tank would into any W124 in the same manner.

Mine is 70 Liters. I'd guess it would bolt right in it being a W124 and all.
