87 300TD oil in radiator and turbo area

The car was smoking and using oil with oil down by the turbo, so we replaced the turbo while expecting to replace the head gasket soon also. But now after replacing the turbo and running for a few minutes to also check the new injectors now there is oil in the radiator and oil in the tube going up away from the turbo and the #1 cylinder has 500psi compression while the rest have 350 to 380psi. Did we put a possible bad turbo on and now it is pushing oil through the bad head gasket. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There are other threads about this sort of problem, you should search the discussion for ideas . I think you have a head gasket problem with oil leaking from the oil supply gallery into No. 1 . If it is not fixed you could end up with hydraulic lock up & bend a rod. I am sure others can confirm this.
